Pineapple Mango Popsicles
These tropical pineapple mango popsicles are the perfect way to cool down on a hot day. They’re made with just a few simple & fresh ingredients, and are perfectly sweet and creamy. Plus, they’re completely refined sugar free!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 mangoes (about 2 cups chopped )
- 1 ½ cups chopped pineapple
- ½ cup greek yogurt (I used Kite Hill Dairy Free Vanilla Greek Style)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey (or more, to taste)
- 2 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.
Process until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Transfer to a popsicle mold and fill just below the top. Insert the popsicle sticks.
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
