Oat fiber is something you can find almost anywhere. However, you don’t want to buy just any type of oat fiber. I would recommend investing in oat fiber that is organic and non-GMO. You want to make sure that you are using quality oat fiber that has no fillers.
HOW MUCH OAT FIBER SHOULD I EAT?
While I feel perfect eating oat fiber, I do believe that moderation is essential. While this is an excellent ingredient to have on hand, you don’t want to go overboard overeating oat fiber. This is your Keto journey, so you get to choose how much or how little you incorporate into your diet.
