¾ cup frozen blueberries
¾ cup lightly packed baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia or hemp seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
Combine blueberries, spinach, coconut milk, yogurt, chia (or hemp) and maple syrup (or agave), if using, in a blender. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
